1. All sales are final and there are NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. All Deposits are considered sales and there are no refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS.
When a cake has been paid in full or a deposit has been made on a cake order, including wedding cakes, the deposit can be used for in-store credit. In-store credit can be used on any future cake order. We will issue a credit voucher and it is up to the customer to keep up with that voucher and to provide it at a later date for payment of the new order.
The time of cancellation is does not matter. In other words, if you cancel weeks out, there is NO REFUND. If a wedding cake is paid in full and the wedding is called off, there is NO REFUND. No matter the circumstances, WE CAN NOT MAKE ANY REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Please understand, we do realize things happen and we will work with you to make sure that your money is NOT wasted, however, please understand we are a very very small company and capital is limited.
For example, if you have paid $1000 towards a wedding cake and the event is cancelled, we will transfer all funds to a future event. There are no penalties or transfer charges. There are no deadlines or expiration timelines.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE CASH REFUNDS ALLOWED. THER ARE, AND WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
DISPUTE OF QUALITY
When the quality of a product sold by The Cake Guys is in dispute, if a resolution is offered all REFUNDS ARE
IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL A MONETARY REFUND BE AVAILABLE. IN-STORE CREDIT VOUCHERS ARE THE ONLY SOLUTION FOR REFUNDS.
