How It Works
7 Steps To Your Cake Package
1. Make sure that your wedding date is available before sending in the contract. See calendar below.
2. Choose your contract based on your guest count.
.3. Print out the contract or come by the bakery and we can print it out for you.
4. Fill out the contract as much as possible. Write in notes, details or information on the contract that is helpful to us. Be sure to mark your cake selections.
5. Send in your contract by mail, email, fax or drop it by the bakery. If you are mailing, in the contract be sure to include a check or credit card information. If you are emailing of faxing please include your credit card info (completely filled out.) Your date cannot be saved until your deposit is received. Please be sure to save a copy of the contract for your records.
6. You are welcome to pick up your complimentary samples on the following days, but please call ahead so we can prepare them for you - (972) 296-2253
- Monday through Friday, 11am - 6pm
- Saturday, 11am - 4pm
Alternatively, you can register to attend a Sample Saturday session by submitting your name via the Sample Saturday Registration. You are more than welcome to submit your contract during Sample Saturday. If your schedule does not allow you to attend a Sample Saturday session, you may choose to pick up flavor samples at a more convenient time.
While you are at the shop with us, we will go over any questions might have. In the event that you do not like our cake flavor, we will gladly refund your entire deposit as long as you contact us within three days of your sample platter.
7. After sampling, email us your flavor choices. That is all. You're all set!
