Our Shop
The Cake Guys began in 2002 as a small business operating out of an apartment. We named the company Exclusively Yours, largely because we only catered one wedding each week. In 2003, we changed the name from Exclusively Yours to The Cake Guys. We continued to operate out of a single residence until March 2008, moving into our current location at the intersection of Clark Road and Camp Wisdom in Duncanville, Texas. Since then, the company has experienced an influx of business, recognition and growth, accumulating many awards and accolades from clients and industry insiders from Texas and around the nation. Thank you to all the brides who took a chance on the guys baking wedding cakes from their garage. Thanks for believing in us.
Edward Navejas
I am a native resident of Dallas and a 2004 Graduate of the Dallas Art Institute with a degree in Culinary arts. I am also a member of Texas Chefs Association. Upon completion of my culinary degree, I also chose a different path other than culinary arts. I am currently a quality assurance supervisor for a major outsourcing corporation in Carrollton.
Chad Fitzgerald
I started designing cakes in 1983, my junior year in high school. After high school, I went to Oklahoma State University Technical Institute and studied Culinary Arts. While starting my teaching career, I started Exclusively Yours, which quickly turned into The Cake Guys a few years later. All of our efforts revolve around making sure that each cake is beautiful, delicious and on time. We enjoy creating breathtaking cakes and I am sure you will enjoy them too!
